Interested in design/build?
We offer free site evaluations including a preliminary floor plan and preliminary budget done in-house. If you choose to move forward with the project, we work directly with the design professional to assist in project design and to ensure your project stays within budget. Throughout the process, we provide ongoing budget updates to the bank – so that project design and financing approval happen simultaneously. Not only does this keep the project within budget, but it also reduces the total pre-construction planning time by 30 to 35 percent!
